About Us
Cable Gallagher attorneys have experience handling nearly all types of civil litigation. The firm’s current practice emphasizes personal injury, real estate, construction defect and business litigation. We have extensive experience litigating in both state and federal court, and have handled cases throughout the State of California. Cable Gallagher attorneys have successfully litigated cases at the administrative hearing level, at arbitration, at trial (both bench and jury trials) and on appeal.

Keith Cable
Keith received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento 1989, and his Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota in 1992. While at USD, Keith was a published author in the South Dakota Law Review. After graduation, Keith worked as an attorney-advisor for the U.S. Small Business Administration and for a number of insurance defense firms in the Sacramento area.
Keith’s practice areas include personal injury, insurance, civil rights, construction defect and class actions.
Mark Gallagher
Mark received his Bachelor of Arts degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 1992, and his Juris Doctor, with great distinction, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1995. While at McGeorge Mark was elected to the Order of the Coif and the Order of the Barristers; became a member of The Traynor Society; and won and an American Jurisprudence Award for excellent achievement in the study of Federal Courts. Mark was also a member of the McGeorge American Bar Association Moot Court Competition Team.
Mark’s practice areas include business, real estate, and construction defect litigation.
