Ten22 celebrates California Restaurant Month | Business
In honor of California Restaurant Month, Ten 22 has prepared a special treat for its guests. From Jan. 17-31, the restaurant will offer a three-course, prix-fixe menu for only $30 per person.
The menu includes your choice of:
Crispy Duck Spring Roll with duck confit and Asian dipping sauce or
Roasted Tomato Bruschetta with late season roasted tomato, fresh mozzarella and basil
Pan-Roasted Salmon with melted leeks and almonds, butter-pomme purée and citrus-chive butter or
Espresso-Braised Lamb Shank with wilted Swiss chard and bone marrow, mashed potatoes and a rich espresso pan jus or
Petit Filet of Beef with buttermilk mashed potatoes and French green beans
Butterscotch Bread Pudding with vanilla ice cream and nutmeg or
Triple-Layer Chocolate Fondant Cake with dark chocolate sauce, raspberries and powdered sugar
