Man suspected of April bank robbery in Folsom arrested | Crime

FOLSOM, CA - On Thursday, the Folsom Police Department made an arrest from a bank robbery on East Bidwell St. in April.

Sgt. Jason Browning of the Folsom Police Dept. said Kenneth Allen Hogue, 43, of Cameron Park was identified and arrested as the sole suspect in the robbery of the El Dorado Savings bank on April 13.

According to Browning, Hogue entered the bank around noon, handed the teller a note indicating he had a gun, collected an undisclosed amount of money and fled the bank on foot.

Hogue was booked into the Sacramento County Jail and charged with Robbery and outstanding felony  warrants. His bail was set at $105,500.

Browning attributed Hogue's capture to tips from the community.
