Grass fire disrupts Light Rail service in Folsom
FOLSOM, CA - A grassfire in Folsom disrupted Light Rail service near Historic Folsom Tuesday afternoon.
Service between Sunrise Boulevard and Historic Folsom was suspended as fire crews contained the flames.
Sacramento Metro Fire said the grass fire was started by downed power lines on Folsom Boulevard, near Aerojet.
Special shuttle buses were contracted to transport patrons between the affected areas. The shuttles boarded at the bus stops.
