Saturday, June 30th

Down River Day, Saturday, August 4th

 

Volunteers are needed for the following areas:

 

AM set-up: 8am-11am (at River Bend Park)

AM set-up: 9:30am-12:30pm (setting up rafts at American River Raft Rentals)

Registration: 9:30am-11:30am (River Bend Park)

Rafter Assistance: 1:00pm-4:00pm (help rafting participants in unloading at River Bend after their rafting trip from Sunrise)

PM cleanup: 5pm-8pm (River Bend Park)

 

 

 

The Great American River Cleanup, Saturday, September 15, 9am-12pm

 

Join 2,000+ on Saturday morning to clean thousands of pounds of debris from the American River Parkway. Register for one of our site locations.

 

Participation in the Great American River Clean Up is a real contribution to the health of the Parkway and river. Removing trash and debris prevents pollutants from entering the watershed, harming the wildlife, or creating hazards for recreational users. Additionally, keeping the Parkway clean protects ocean life by preventing trash from being washed downstream during the winter rains.
